I'm looking to sublet my room in a lovely 4 room houseshare in Meanwood. This room is available from 11th Jan 2026 for a maximum period of 6 months.

Current housemates are easy-going (1 male, 2 female) and in their late 20's looking for a friendly and tidy housemate. We enjoy occasional house meals, pub quizzes and movie nights but also have our own separate social lives.

The house is really nice with a good size kitchen and living room. There is a shower room for the 2 bedrooms on the first floor, the 2 attic bedrooms are ensuite. The available room has its own sink and built in wardrobe/storage.
The house is fully furnished and has everything you will need. There is a Virgin TV package and broadband, in fact all bills are included:

- Wireless Broadband (up to 500Mb)

The room is £450 per month including bills and is available from 11th January 2026 for a maximum period of 6 months. The room comes with the usual bedroom furniture.

Pretty central location in Meanwood with the park, pubs and supermarkets (Waitrose and Aldi) all about 5 mins walk away. There a good buses into town on Meanwood Road and Headingley is only about 20 minutes away.
