Bright, furnished room Meanwood *SUBLET*

Hi all,

I’m an actor and I’m temporarily moving away for a job. I’m looking for someone to take my room for up to 3 months, from January to April.

We have a lovely 3-bed house in Meanwood, only a 5 minute walk from lots of cool cafe’s, bars, and shops (ALDI, or Waitrose if you’re fancy). The house has been decorated beautifully by my housemate, with a large lounge, kitchen, spare room and basement. My room has a huge south-facing window, with a view across Woodhouse Ridge. We also have a front and back yard, where I am (unsuccessfully) trying to grow plants 🪴.

By bus it’s only 15 minutes into the centre of Leeds, and the bus stop is less than a minute away (so you can never be late to town).

All bills +wifi included. On street parking.

My flatmates are great: one is an artist and the other works in research. When I asked them what kind of person they would like to take my room, they said: ‘Clean and vaguely cool.’ If this is you, please get in touch and we can arrange a call/viewing.
