Double Room Available In A Lovely Cosy Home :)

hey ! I'm on the look out for someone to live with, as my current housemate will be moving out.
The house -
It's a semi detached house in meanwood (5 minutes away from Waitrose/aldi etc and 10 minutes from Meanwood Park) with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, spacious kitchen and living room as well as a front and (LOVELY) back garden. Your room will be a double front facing bedroom, partially furnished, so there will be a bed (hopefully), and a large wardrobe as well as a fitted wardrobe and drawers. The living room is spacious and has a log burner !! and the kitchen faces out to the back garden. Council tax band B. Bills are 125.
Who you'll be living with -
me, Grace! I currently work in a school mon-fri so through the week really like to feel as calm and warm and rested as I can. I enjoy having my friends round for tea and telly, but I am also out and about during the week too. I am clean but with an neurodiverse brain, I occasionally leave things around the house but I am working on this !

I love music and I'm not ever in silence really, I play the piano too. I'm quite crafty and enjoy painting or creating with friends or alone, and I lurrrv to cook and bake - being guinea pig to bread and brownies is a perk of living with me. I am vegan so would be more inclined to live with other veggies or vegans, or someone who can understand my views. I am non binary and queer, so again someone who fits that category or a fabulous ally as home must be a safe environment !
bean is an outdoor cat so she's not stinky, but she is a diva.
Who I'd like to live with -
really just someone kind and fun and respectful. being clean and tidy of communal spaces is important, but not the be all and end all because life is busy!! it would be nice to hang out and do things together, but also understanding we need our own space too :)
