⭐️Double Bed in Gorgeous Meanwood Terrace House

I’m looking for a person to take over my room and join my lovely housemates!

ROOM: The room is on the top floor, which you have to yourself. On the same floor is a bathroom and study. You’ll have/priority of the study because the bedroom is the smaller one in the house. There’s a toilet on each floor you you also have this to yourself.

RENT AND BILLS:
- £421.49/month (97/week)
- Bills ~£100 per person/month (council tax, Wi-Fi, water, energy)
- £300 deposit
- Will be on rolling 2 month contract
- Flexible move in date

HOUSEMATES: You’ll be sharing house house with Felix (musician, 25, M) and Joe (climber, 23, M)! We’re sociable people, we love to hang out and cook altogether and have a friendly house. Felix is a laid-back, kind housemate and a talented trumpet player with KOG. When he’s not gigging, you’ll probably find him gaming, chilling, or sharing good conversation over a brew. Joe is calm, friendly, and active. He works at a climbing gym but likes getting out climbing too, he’s also a great cook.

TENANCY: Although I love my house/housemates I’ve got the chance to move in with a friend for 4-6 months, which I’d really like to take. It’s pretty flexible when I move in with them, so we can talk dates, but any time from the start of September. How it’d work is we’d do a tenancy swap, so you can join my housemates and take up my room permanently. If you wanted to move out at 4-6 months around when I’ll be looking for a new place, we can always swap back, but I’d also be so happy for my lovely housemates to get a long term crew member!

HOUSE: A lovely three bed terrace house, back to back so super warm in the winter. Right on the doorstep is meanwood valley park, nice local high streets, and big supermarkets. 2.5 bathrooms, a toilet on each floor.
