I'm looking for a friendly, clean and considerate housemate to share my recently refurbished apartment in the heart of Meanwood.

The apartment is owned by my family and is located down a quiet private drive, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to all the bars, restaurants, shops and amenities Meanwood has to offer. There is also a free parking space available.

The property has been fully refurbished throughout and is effectively like brand new. It's a great size for two people, with a spacious living room featuring two sofas, a fully furnished interior, and plenty of room to relax.

Your room:

* Large furnished double bedroom
* Double bed included
* Access to a large bathroom which would primarily be yours (only occasionally used by visitors)
You would need a wardrobe.

* Rent: £695 per month
* Electricity: Approx. £75 each per month
* Water: Approx. £200 per quarter (shared)
* Council Tax: Approx. £95 each per month (band C)
* WiFi: Approx. £25 each per month

About Me:
I'm a 27-year-old working professional. I'm easy-going, sociable and enjoy a good balance of nights in and nights out. I'm a big sports fan, particularly football and darts, and enjoy relaxing at home after work as much as getting out and about with friends.

Who I'm Looking For:
Ideally, I'd like to live with a working professional female aged between 20-30, although I'm open to considering males as well.

The most important thing for me is cleanliness and respect for the home. As the apartment has recently been refurbished, I'd like to keep it looking its best. I'm looking for someone who:

* Is clean and tidy
* Is happy to contribute to household chores
* Respects shared spaces
* Is friendly and easy to live with

Rather than simply choosing someone based on messages, I'd prefer to meet for a drink first to make sure we'd both be comfortable living together and that we're a good fit as housemates.
