6 months sublet and dog sit - Meanwood 2/2

My partner and I are advertising with an out of the norm situation.

My partners work is taking us to Australia for 6 months in October. We love our flat and want to return to it when we come back to the UK, likely in March or April 27. We also have a French Bulldog who we want to be able to stay in his home. We are therefore looking for ideally a couple, who work from home or are frequently around the flat to sublet our place fully furnished for a subsidised (much cheaper) cost.

Leighton is a very cheeky boy, with a HUGE personality. We are constantly laughing at him, and love his constant snuggles. Especially over the winter, he really is a true joy to have around.

The flat itself has 2 bedrooms, 1 which is massive and bright with an en-suite. And another small bedroom which we currently use as an office with a standing desk and walking pad. Both bedrooms have huge floor to ceiling wardrobes. There is also second bathroom.

The dining and living room is open plan with lots of natural light. Doors in the lounge room open up fully to a small outdoor space.

The location of the flat is great, close to Meanwood high street with lots of great cafes and restaurants, shops such as Aldi and Waitrose and also close by the beautiful Meanwood park !

We appreciate this is definitely not an opportunity for everyone, however the safety and happiness of our French bulldog is our absolute priority. Please reach out if you are interested ! 😊
