Quiet double room in Victorian end of terrace maisonette, 5 minutes walk to Menston station. The room overlooks a protected field in the centre of the village.

There is a shared kitchen with a small fridge freezer, a shared bathroom with shower/bath, a lounge exclusively for your own use, gas central heating, good broadband. There is another lounge for the exclusive use of the current flatmate. No TV or TV licence: you would need to provide your own, but there is an aerial. No washing machine, but there is a laundry place in the village of Otley nearby. WiFi and utility bills included, but not the council tax bill.
Outside there is a small garden with seating area.
Street parking available along the lane.

The room has a double bed with a recent mattress, a bedside table, and a hanging rail, a shelving unit and a large desk as well as storage space under the eve.

There is a live-in 42-year-old flatmate gentleman who works nearby.

This is a great place for someone who needs to commute into Bradford, Leeds, Ilkley, Otley. The house has great vibes that make everyone feel chilled and relaxed. It is also close to the moors and Menston park. You can come home to recuperate after a day’s work!

Rent will increase slightly for a couple to £575 pcm.

Menston is a quaint village, the Post Office and convenience store are very close by as well as a deli café. There is a Co-op store and several pubs. It is 15 minutes away from Leeds Bradford airport. There are also regular buses to Otley, Ilkley, Leeds and Harrogate, as well as the train station (Bradford 11 minutes, Leeds 15 minutes, Ilkley 7 minutes).
