King size ensuite bedroom in beautiful flat

I relocated to Leeds at the end of last year and have purchased a lovely property.

Its a beautiful furnished flat in menston with parking and right next to the countryside.

Looking to rent out my spare room for the short to medium term with a great flatmate. Its a large room with ensuite shower room. Can be furnished / half furnished if you like. Ideally would prefer a female flatmate as from my experience they have always been much more respectful to live with.

I am a friendly outgoing guy who enjoys being social and cooking. Would love to rent a room to someone who would be easy going and respectful.
