Double room LS26

Hi I'm Sharon ,
I have a double fully furnished room on the middle floor of a 3 storey house. There is a house bathroom on the floor that will be predominantly (not exclusively) for your use.
I have 2 spare rooms (both doubles) so it's possible you can choose the room you prefer.
If you are a home or hybrid worker, you can also have use of the office if I’m not using it

All bills are included which includes broadband.

I haven't done this before so I'm just initially considering short term lets of 1 to 6 months max. To see if it works for me .
A short term let (minimum of 1 week) will cost £175
Longer term would be £625 per Calendar month

My house is quiet and would suit a mature professional, preferably female . I'm sorry (I'm old!) but students are not suitable. I love animals but I can't accommodate any pets as I already have a dog ( very friendly chocolate cocker spaniel )

I am a single FT working female of 50+ years and I hybrid work.

There is parking available at the property and use of a lovely garden and patio area. The kitchen is shared but (ashamed to admit ) I rarely cook.. I'm a live in landlord and I keep a beautiful clean and tidy home.
