2 Fantastic Double Rooms in Modern Flat incl bills

I have 2x double bedrooms available in my lovely flat in Middleton, Leeds (£650 each). The flat is a modern flat recently built in a very quiet and new neighbourhood. You will have your own designated parking space and there is plenty of parking spaces for visitors.

The flat is a-2 minute walk away from the nearest bus stop and it takes around 15 minutes to drive to Leeds City Centre. It is close to M62 and M1.
There are loads of shops within a 5-minute walk - i. e. ASDA (supermarket and petrol station), Iceland, B&M, takeaway shops etc. including a Leisure centre which has a newly built gym. There’s also an Aldi further down the road within a 10-minute walk.

Room 1 is a double bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a set of drawers. You will also have a big and modern bathroom to yourself which is opposite the bedroom.
There is also high-speed fibre internet (super-fast fibre broadband) in the house. All the bills are inclusive of the rent. This one is £600 per calendar month.

Room 2 is an en-suite double room with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a set of drawers. The room has en-suite bathroom. This one is £650 per calendar month.

The flat will be shared with another professional occupant and has a large open plan living / dining room and the living room is equipped with a big smart TV with all the channels and apps. You will have access to all this and all the utilities in the kitchen.

I am looking for a professional working person, preferably one that doesn’t work from home. If the interested professional works from home then he/she will pay a percentage of electricity bills. I don’t live at the flat myself.

The flat will be shared between 2 professionals so I require a clean, responsible and considerate person who will clean after themselves without being reminded.
