Large double room with private bathroom & parking

Looking for someone with similar interests to move in and share the house with. I love both playing and watching sports although I'm much better at watching them. I'm wanting whoever moves in to be sociable and up for a laugh.

The room is a large, fully furnished ground floor double bedroom with a private bathroom. We'd share a lounge with a large flatscreen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar table. All bills included; internet, gas, fortnightly cleaner, water, electricity, heating etc. The house has a back garden with a shed that can double up as a bar. Parking is available at no extra cost.

I'm more than happy for someone to decorate the room to make the place more homely for them.
