Cosy cottage with garden, bills inc.

I’m looking for a lodger for my cosy cottage in South Leeds. It is on the market so the length of availability is not certain, but it’s expected to be minimum 6 months.

The grade 2 listed cottage is fully furnished and very cosy! It has original sash windows, gardens at the front and back and is found in a great location, right next to Middleton Park. There is free on-street parking.

I am hoping to find someone who will live in and look after the house while it’s on the market, with the price reduced to reflect the short term nature. They must be a trustworthy, clean and tidy non-smoker, preferably female.

You would have the property to yourself the majority of the time so must be comfortable living alone.
