Cosy cottage, entire property, garden, bills inc.

We're looking for someone to look after our cosy cottage in South Leeds from October 2024.

We are a couple in our 30s (English & Irish) who are moving to Dublin for a year for work.

Our grade 2 listed cottage is fully furnished and very cosy! It has original sash windows, beautiful gardens at the front and back and is found in a great location, right next to Middleton Park.

We are searching for someone who will take care of the house as if it was their own and love it as much as we do. They must be a trustworthy, clean and tidy non-smoker, preferably female. A bonus if you enjoy gardening and would like to grow your own plants!

We have listed this as a house share as we would occupy the smaller room with our belongings and pop back once or twice in the year for maintenance etc. but in reality, you would have the property to yourself and must be comfortable living alone.
