Double room with ground floor flat

Would like a kind, respectful, tidy, well mannered person to share lounge, kitchen, bathroom. Can smoke but not in the property. No pets. I work for the Nhs and work over 7 days with 3 different shift patterns but no nights. I do expect you work also. May consider working from home but not all the time. It’s a cosy and friendly flat in a good location for access into the city centre and also not far from the Motorway
