I have 1x double ensuite bedroom available in a lovely flat in Middleton (New Forest Village), Leeds. It is a new build flat in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. You will have your own designated parking space and there is plenty of parking spaces for visitors. The flat is a-2-minute walk away from the nearest bus stop and it takes around 15 minutes to drive to Leeds City Centre. It is close to M62, M1 and M621.

The area has good amenity including shops and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk such as ASDA (supermarket and petrol station), Iceland, B&M, McDonald’s, Subway, Aldi, Farmfoods, Costa coffee, takeaway shops etc. including a Leisure centre which has a new build gym.

The room itself has an ensuite bathroom, a king size bed, a wardrobe, and a set of bedside drawers.

High-speed fibre internet (super-fast fibre broadband) is available in the house. All the bills are inclusive of the rent.

The flat has a large open plan living/dining room with the living room being equipped with a 50” smart TV with Prime Video, a wide TV stand with storage and an electric reclining sofa. You will have access to all this and all the utilities in the kitchen.

I am looking for a professional working person, preferably one that doesn’t work from home. If the interested professional works from home, then he/she will pay a percentage of electricity bills.

The flat will be shared between 2 professionals so I require a clean, responsible, and considerate person who will clean after themselves without being reminded. Cleanliness is of high importance.

Although my preference is a single professional, professional couples are also welcome at a different price.

I don’t live at the flat but will occasionally visit. However, I will never turn up unnoticed.
