Double bedroom in a great house:)

Hi! I have a double bedroom available in a semi-detached house in Middleton. Although I'm a live in landlord, the house will be shared only by two people majority of the time as I'll be away for a few months, so you'll only be sharing with one more lovely 31 year old female professional.

As it's my home that I love living in, I'm looking for a friendly and respectful female that will treat it as their own home and will enjoy sharing the place.

The house is fully furnished and comprises of 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-room with dining area, a conservatory, a bathroom, additional downstairs toilet and utility space. There's also a garden to the front and to the back of the property.

The street is very quiet with plenty of parking available, and neighbours are lovely. Asda, Aldi and other stores are just a 10-minute walk away or a 2-minute drive. Leeds city centre and Wakefield can be reached by car in less that 15 minutes and there are plenty of bus stops around with closest within a 3-minute walk.

All bills are included, incl. council tax, water, broadband, TV licence, but please note that gas and electricity combined to the value of £200 per month for the household (only to ensure fair usage).

I'm an open and friendly person that loves being active, so you'd typically find me dancing salsa and bachata, exploring new places, hiking or training at the gym.
