New Build Estate Room For Rent

I am a 26yr old professional male working shifts. I am looking for a professional male or female to rent my spare room as the other room is for my 5yr old daughter who stays sometimes. As i have a daughter i am looking for someone who is child friendly. There is a large shared living/dining room and also a shared kitchen. A nice decked garden to rear which catches sun allday.
