I have an en-suite room to rent in my apartment.
I work day shifts during the week and have weekends off.
During the week i like go to the gym and i like to read afterwards so i prefer a quiet housemate.
I like to keep my apartment nice and clean that is why im looking for clean and quiet tenant(prefer female).
Area around is nice and quiet, there is also plenty of places to park your car and access to city centre is nice and easy(5-10 min by car).
All bills are included- if you are permanently working from home your monthly rental will increase by £30 per month.
