The double room is £260.00PCM.
The single room is £220.00PCM.
**All bills are included**.

Rent is based on single occupancy.

Double occupancy is an extra £80.00PCM.

The rooms are furnished with excellent storage facilities and there is good local amenities.

There is shared toilet, bathroom, kitchen and garden. The kitchen consists of a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

Smokers are welcome outside only as it is a non-smoking house.

Shared wireless fibre optic broadband (100mb) is included.

Please note I require £100.00 as a deposit and your first month's rent upfront.
