This is a lovely double bedroom with a great view. The house is comfortable with a newly renovated downstairs space. It also has a lovely south facing garden.

I have had lots of lodgers before and just want someone who is tidy and considerate. I feel I can offer you a home from home.

I have a friendly cat in case that is an issue.

The room is fully available from the 1st October.
