Little place down by the river…

200 y/o character property with spare room available and all common areas - the place is characterful and on the River Calder, rural, peaceful and pretty. Mirfield has plenty of local amenities and services (Doc's, pharma's, Library etc); plenty of curio places, bars and cafe's. Walking, running or cycling routes down or up the river are fun, as is the abundant wildlife.

Out of the two rooms, I currently have the larger but am happy to discuss swapping upon discussion and cost agreement. The ad is for the smaller double. I arrange for a cleaner to come in as well from time to time to complement the place and do the things I miss sometimes. All bills are in my name and are included and I am happy to assist in arranging the room as required. There is also off street parking for one vehicle. I currently work in a school in Pastoral, but am leaving this Summer to pursue my own endeavors, (might as well dust off my business degree...).
