Double room available in lovely flat to share with female owner.

Room has tall chest of doors, bedside cabinet, triple wardrobe, and double bed. There is storage under the bed and on top of the warbdrobe, and a couple of shelves in cupboard on the landing.

Nice quiet area with nice neighbours. Right next to huge Sainsbury's, off ring road.

Clean and tidy flatmate wanted. Preferably looking for someone of a similar age-ish, that I can chill with, rather than someone just wanting a room.

Broadband. Smart TV with Netflix.

Reasonably sized kitchen for 2 people, and I don't cook much so you won't have to fight me for it!

Nice South facing balcony, and reasonably sized garden.

Room includes all bills - no extra charges.

6 months initially with potential to extend if we get along! I'm quite flexible on timings/dates etc.

5 mins to Roundhay and 7 mins to Chapel A. Regular buses to town. On street parking in Cul-De Sac.
