Double room available in lovely flat to share with female, so female flat mate preferred but not essential

Room chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, double wardrobe, double bed and large cupboard. There are storage drawers under the bed and storage on top of the warbdrobe. There's also some storage in cupboards on landing. There isn't really room for a bike I'm afraid unless you are willing to store it outside.

Nice quiet area with nice neighbours. Right next to huge Sainsbury's, off ring road.

Clean and tidy flatmate wanted. Also willing to discuss getting a cleaner if preferred. Current housemate is lovely and friendly.

Bills come to around £175 a month.

Reasonably sized kitchen for 2 people.

Nice South facing balcony, and reasonably sized garden which isn't shared, greenfindered gardeners welcome! I have a gardener who mows the lawn but any other garden maintenance is shared between the tenants.

Move in date can be flexible.

5 mins to Roundhay and 7 mins to Chapel A. Regular buses to town. On street parking in Cul-De Sac.
