I'm looking for a clean, friendly lodger to share my lovely 2-bedroom ground floor flat with garden in Moor Allerton.

I'm a sociable person who likes to be busy so I'm often out and about but will happily enjoy a good chat and evenings in too. I'm primarily renting the room because I enjoy company so am looking for someone who I will get on well with and will be comfortable sharing the space with me.

- Ground floor with private entrance and front and back gardens.
- Fully furnished small double room (the bed is a small double)
- Shared kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room.
- Wi-Fi, washing machine, and all the essentials
- Plenty on street parking
- The room is small so probably not appropriate if you need to work from home full time, but it could fit a desk if needed.

Just a short walk to Moor Allerton Sainsbury’s, shops and local amenities
Regular buses (7,7A,38,39) into central Leeds
Close to Meanwood Valley trails and Golden Acre Park.

🐾 Pets:

Happy to consider well-behaved dogs that are okay in a relatively small space.
