The house is in walkable distance to lots of amenities, cafe's, restaurants, pubs etc as well as Roundhay park.

The house has a large shared lounge and kitchen-diner as well as a large enclosed south-facing garden to the rear with garden furniture.

All bills are included in the rental agreement - these include fiber optic broadband, TV license, fully subscribed TV platforms, heating, water etc. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the property - all areas of the house will be fully cleaned including the bedroom for rent (if you'd be happy with that).

For car owners, there is a large drive with off-street parking; for non-drivers there is bus stop just at the end of the street with frequent routes into Leeds, Roundhay, Harrogate etc. A taxi to Leeds city center is usually about 10-15minutes and costs around £10 on uber.
