En suite bedroom in shared flat

Sadly I am moving out of my lovely flat at the end of August. I am advertising a spacious double bedroom with en suite. It is on the second floor (top floor) and is one of four in our block. It is a lovely bright flat with an open plan kitchen and living room, and is definitely worth viewing.

The flat is conveniently located close to bus stops and access to the city centre. It is also only a short drive into Chapel Allerton or the bars and restaurants on Street Lane. It is a really lovely area, nice and quiet, plenty of parking.

Lucy (my flat mate) will be staying in the flat and is looking to share with someone who is a like-minded, considerate housemate.
