The room is part of a 3 bed flat in a converted detached house. Large shared living room, main bathroom & kitchen. Amenities on your doorstep along with good bus routes means getting into town in 10-15mins and it's just a short 10min walk to the sights of Chapel Allerton. Living with 2 friendly, professionals - we work a lot of shift work so whenever we are in we're usually cooking or just chilling out with music/TV.
Bills aren't included in the rent but amount to around £70pcm on top. The landlord is also very helpful & responsive if ever we need anything!
