Double Room to let

I am retired accountant living on the ground floor of the house which is situated in Moortown area of Leeds 17 between Harrogate road and Scotthall Road with easy access to town centre and other areas of leeds. The double room to let is on the 2nd floor with access from front and rear through my kitchen door. It has a rear garden, front Drive way and garage for parking. The first floor has large kitchen, bathroom to be shared with the first floor tenant. The landlord has his own kitchen and toilet/shower room on the ground floor.
