Double Bedroom for lodger.

I live in a three bed semi in moortown, Leeds, LS17 . The house has a shared bathroom and kitchen, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom and 2 living rooms. There's a good garden and patio with good off road parking. It is well positioned for several bus stops with easy access to shops and Roundhay Park. I like cycling, reading listening to music and watching sport. I'm not a noisy boosy party animal and would expect my lodger to be fairly independent but sociable.
