Professional seeks new room mate for flat

My name is Ellie, I’m 26 and a primary school teacher. Love socialising and doing different activities (including drinking and eating copious amounts of snacks). Looking for someone to fill the other room in the flat who can be more of a friend than just a flat mate.

The flat has an open plan living and dining room which has a balcony attached. There is also a separate kitchen.

The room is a double, fully furnished, coming with a double bed and fitted wardrobes and cupboards.

It’s in a great location in Moortown with good transport links in every direction, including the city centre. It’s a short walk to Chapel Allerton or to the bars/restaurants on Street Lane.

As I haven’t lived here that long there are still a few bits of decorating which need doing. This should be happening in the next few weeks and all of the main living areas are finished.

I can also be flexible about moving in dates.
