Double bedroom available in north Leeds flat. Nice quiet street, on street parking available outside the flat. Ideally move in Mid-Late April or May.

Local amenities include: Aldi/Lidl/Sainsbury's 5-10 min drive away. Roundhay Park 10 min drive away. Leeds City Centre 20 min bus ride away.

Double room (pictured with furniture but is UNFURNISHED for now. Can look into furniture if needed)

Shared living room/ bathroom/kitchen.

I have my 2 cats at the property so person would have to be an animal lover, usually will leave you alone as they sleep a lot but may want to interact/ cuddle.

Ideally looking for a respectful, friendly, professional housemate as I work long hours. Up for socialising/ pub trips/ film and cooking nights with wine! Also happy to leave you to your own devices if that's what is wanted.
