Easy access to the town centre with excellent bus routes, also just off Scott Hall Road so excellent access by car too (about 1 min drive from the ringroad). There is also parking available within the development, and shops within walking distance (Tesco is 10mins away on foot and there is a corner shop within 5mins).
The current housemates are both professional males in their 30s who split their time between the office and home. They both enjoy sport and socialising, but appreciate the ability to have their own space in the flat.
There is a large living/dining room with space for a desk if need be. It also has double doors to a Juliet balcony which is great in the summer. The kitchen is also a really good size and comes equipped with washer/drier, new dishwasher and everything else you'd expect. There's plenty of storage space too throughout the flat. The flat is a really good size so it's great for feeling like you have your own space, as well as space to socialise with your housemates.
The Room: The room is a double bedroom, and comes with a bed, wardrobe etc. There is a TV bracket on the wall and a TV can be provided if required. Happy to discuss any furniture needs with any new tenant. There is also a downstairs bathroom next to the bedroom with shower etc which is rarely used by anyone, so acts as a sort of en-suite.
Room is available from 2nd May although could be slightly later.
Broadband and Council Tax are included in the rent - electric and water are not (come to roughly £70-800pcm although should be less in summer).
