Two double bedrooms available to rent. I am looking for someone to share with, someone who is easy going, open minded and optimistic about life. I have two spare rooms and I’m looking for a house mate who will treat the house with respect, as they would their own home. I am happy for new house mate to have visitors over and play music although overall the house hold is generally considered to be professionals only who enjoy a balance of work and leisure. Property comes with access to the whole of the house barring my private space which is one room. Both the rooms are unfurnished, however there is a big beautiful built in double wardrobe in both rooms to be made use of :-) A standard bed is available upon request - this is to help new renters.
