I have a 2 double bedroom Semi Detached house for let in the Leeds 17 area. The property is located in the very desired area Moortown and just Located just off Harrogate Road close next to supermarkets, main bus stops and 15 minutes from St James Hospital. The house comes with street parking.

Maximum Occupancy is 2 Adults and unfortunately not suitable for individual(s) working from home due to myself covering all the bills and rates.

The property is an extension to my current residence and is a separate annex however, It has a separate entrance, separate large kitchen, separate bathrooms and bedrooms.

I am looking for a polite, professional and organised individual(s) who will prioritise their tenancy contract. I will require a copy of your employment contract, I D and references which will help with the application.

The house is available for immediate use. Unfortunately although I love animals, I cannot accept individuals with pets. I will be looking for a minimum of 1 year contract with a view to extend further and a review at the 6 month stage, £1350 per month with a separate bond/deposit also £1000 which of course is returnable as per contract.
