There are two ground floor lounges (both bigger than average), 2 bathrooms and 2 washing machines - between max 4 people.

The house could easily accommodate more people, but the aim is to provide a place for people who want company but also a bit of their own space. It's a fairly quiet and relaxed house where people get on well with each other but don't feel they have to do everything together either. It isn't a party house and suits people who want to get away from that.

The landlord lives out, and this is his only rented house. Repairs happen promptly. Feedback from previous tenants is always positive.

There's a sunny paved front garden and plenty of street parking outside the house. There has never been a problem finding a space, and no-one has ever had a problem with theft from / damage to their car.

A bus stop for regular buses into town is within 100 metres, and there are loads of good shops (incl. Sainsburys, M&S food, etc.) within a short walk. Chapel Allerton centre is just up the road.
