I would say this is a quiet household who are friendly, easy going & not a party house. They have the odd barbecue together but all are very respective of each other's space.

Moortown, detached house with lovely neighbours, all owners occupied.
Walk - city centre 40 minute walk at least cos its downhill & ive done it!
Amenities - Sainsbury's local 5 to 10 mins walk, local independents 3 and 5 minutes mins, Major supermarkets 5 min drive...
Bus stops -Around 5 bus stops within a 5 mins walk which takes you too many parts of Leeds including City centre,
Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, Meanwood and Alwoodley and Shadwell are the surrounding areas...
