Single room to let within a very clean home

I have a bright fully furnished single room, to let. The house, as well as the room is decorated and furnished to a high spec. quiet leafy area of leeds , on regular bus routes to city centre , garden to front and rear , with colourful garden and seated area , currently occupied by myself my husband and young female student, meals potentially included (3 meals per day including packed lunch) and laundry service provided.
