Double room in lovely flat

I have a spare room to rent in 2 bedroom flat (1st floor) in Morley. Room is good size, has double bed, wardrobe and desk. Bus stop is less than a minute away and buses to town every 15 min (takes 25-35 min depending on traffic) There's also free parking :)
My tenancy ends at the end of April, I'm still deciding whether to extend it or pass it to someone else. So short term would be ideal

Morissons, Asda, Wilko, B&M are within 5 min drive and 10 min walk, so everything you need is on the doorstep !

No deposit required and short term is ok. I'd like someone who I get along with rather than a TENANT. I'm very chilled, love watching new movies, social but I don't tempt to go out clubbing as such, more bars and nice dinners etc

I do have a cat but she's no bother what so ever. I would like someone who actually likes cats rather than just be OK with them ;)
