If needed I may be able to leave sooner, these dates just line up with the rent so is less complicated.

I rent through an agent so there will be employer/rent references required and the security deposit is £438 (5 weeks rent). It is fully managed by them so all repairs are covered and appliances included.

If you would like to buy any furniture I can negotiate prices to leave mine behind for you or otherwise it will be totally unfurnished if you have your own :)
