I’ve got a cosy room to let in a modern two bedroom flat in Morley, Leeds. The flat is located in close proximity to the train station (5 minutes walk) as well as shops and restaurants (10 minutes walk). The residence itself is home to young professionals and small families, all quiet and considerate.

The entire flat has been recently renovated, plus the bathroom is a real winner; the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and microwave. The vacant room has a build-in wardrobe, a double bed, a desk and a clothing rack* (* can be removed upon request).

Rent is £360 per month with all bills included (electricity, internet, water). I keep the house clean and tidy so that it's a nice, relaxing place to return to after a hard day's work, so it would be great to have someone who does the same.

I am laid back, sociable, yet with respect to personal space, young professional in my early 30s. I like to treat myself to occasional beer and pizza, but similarly enjoy cooking at home.
