Spacious double room in convenient location

Hi there - I'm looking for a respectful and easy going housemate to share my spacious home with me

The house is situated in a great location in central Morley,
just 10 minutes from the train station - so very convenient to travel into Leeds - and beyond. The house is also round the corner from Morrisons so it couldnt be more convenient for shopping - and the area has lots of great shops and takeaways to cater for every taste.

The house really is a bit of a 'gem' and you'd really have to see it to appreciate it - very spacious and packed full of period features such as original cornicing and sash windows,

The kitchen is large and modern with by-folding doors leading straight out to the decking area and garden - which over the summer months is such a pleasure to sit out in.

There is a seperate living room - again quite spacious - which I rarely use - so you could use that to your hearts content.

The room is unfurnished - and is light and airy and you can put your own stamp on it.

I am a music fan and I do radio shows from the house - but I am respectful to my housemates,
