Fully furnished, large double bedroom with en-suite for rent in a perfect high street location (Morley, LS27 9EB). I have the entire top floor of the building and there's lots of space and plenty of storage in the flat. Available from Tuesday 1st October.

The bedroom for rent has been recently repainted, had new blackout thermal blinds installed and has a Silentnight pocket sprung double matress. There is a big wardrobe, chest of drawes and bedside table. A TV aerial point is in the room as well as a TV stand.

Lounge has an electric reclining La-Z-Boy sofa, marble tables and an awesome entertainment centre. Kitchen has a double oven, microwave, washing machine, 2 x fridges and all the usual kitchen stuff [no need to buy anything, its all here and happy to share]. Broadband speed is very fast.

I work mostly from home during the week, ideally I'm looking for a flatmate who isn't doing this as well (or maybe 1 day at most a week). No preference for male or female flatmate. Looking for a quiet Monday to Thursday at the flat, although i do like to be sociable with friends the odd Friday in a month.

All the bills are included for £600pcm. I will fully cover the electricity bill, TV License, Water, fast Broadband.

Bit about myself- 45 year old man educated to master's degree level. Spent most of my life working in Electronics (i can't put linkedin web address on sparerooms website- if you Google "George Ruff Samsung linkedin" you'll find me). I Like music, movies, cars. Laid back character but tidy.

There are 2 free public car parks around the corner from my flat. Car park: Fountain St, Morley (1 min walk) or Annie St (2 min walk). The train station is a 0.6 mile walk [trains to Leeds every 30 mins]. Leeds City centre is a 6 mile drive. Gainz Fit gym is 30 second walk away.
