Spare room in Morley (all bills included)

I have recently had a flatmate move out so now looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
A very well kept apartment and a good size room which would easily fit a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. I Would prefer to meet the potential tenant with a viewing of the property.

All bills are included, there is off street parking, several supermarkets within walking distance and great transport links into Leeds and further afield.
I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the property.
