This is a large double room on the ground floor of a 4-bed shared house. There’s a large communal kitchen, a cosy sitting room and a newly refurbished shower room. All bills are included and we provide a regular cleaner for the communal areas.

The house is within easy walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants of Morley’s town centre and the train and bus routes make journeys into town very easy.

The other three tenants are working professionals and are very friendly. The house is kept clean and tidy and is in a nice street with easy on-street parking.

The room is available from the 5th April for a minimum of 6 months. No couples - we only have a license for a single tenant in this room. Contact us to arrange a viewing…we’re a small family landlord, so no big agencies to deal with. You’ll need a guarantor if you’re not working full time.
