I have a spacious double room available in my house in Morley, Leeds. Looking to rent to a young professional couple or individual wanting a cosy house with great transport and local connections.
The house is a 1920s Yorkshire stone property with high ceilings all around and a recently fitted fully-certified log burner. It is a fully furnished & decorated 2-bed with 1 bathroom and good-sized living room. The room is supplied with a bed, wardrobe(s), and bedside table. The kitchen is stocked with some of the equipment you'll need.

1x lovely room with king-size bed. Loads of storage with massive built-in wardrobes and high ceilings. The room does not have an ensuite but the large bathroom is right next door.
Rent: £625.00 per month. Available from 1st Oct 2024 with a minimum 6-month tenure. The price of the rent is inclusive of all bills. I travel a lot with work for long periods at a time and the price reflects the freedom you will have.
Start Date: I am flexible on the starting date, ideally after October 1st but negotiable. I will be finishing up some work on the property in time for any occupant.
I am a 25-year-old professional in the energy and sustainability sector currently living in the property. I am keen to rent the room out to a like-minded couple or individual and create a nice environment for everyone. The house is a smoke-free environment, I would accept smokers however they MUST do this outside.
The house is a 5-minute walk to the train station - 0 or 1 stop to Leeds depending on the train. It's a 1-minute walk from a bus stop that goes straight into Leeds city centre. So the house is perfect for those who work in Leeds. It is a 9-minute walk into Morley town centre.
The house has a decent kitchen with an electric cooker and fridge/freezer. It’s also got a good-sized lounge with a TV inc. Netflix, and Amazon Prime (at your own membership expense). There is a cellar for storage. Working from home (WFH) capable.
