Airy Double Bedroom in Leeds - inc. bills

I'm away between the end of October and December, and I'm keen to find someone to rent the house (and water my plants!). Ideally, I'm looking for someone who wants to rent for just that period, but would also consider up to 3 months.
I'm open to being flexible regarding start/end of tenancy, so please message me if the dates aren't quite lining up.

It's a 3 bed house (though I'm looking to rent 1 room). And has a separate office space. Option to have a cleaner on a bi-monthly basis.

It's near bus stops and close to a train station which goes directly to Manchester and is 7mins to Leeds city center.
There are several pubs and cafes nearby and a convenience store a couple of mins away by foot. There's also a gym within walking distance.

The bedroom is recently decorated and has floor to ceiling wardrobes.
There is on street parking available, and an outdoor decking space with furniture.
