There is a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk to get on the 200 or 201 into Leeds

The M62, M1 and M621 Motorways are also on the door step for commuting. Morley town centre is about 20 minutes walk where there is also a Morrisons, Aldi and plenty of other shop, bars and resturants.
The White Rose Shopping Center is near by the property too, about a 15 minute country walk
There is free parking near the property with no permits needed.
