Cosy home in South Leeds

Two bed home with gardens, parking and close to town centre of Morley, country-side walks and motorway linksM1, M62, M621 and A1. As I will be away for the majority of the time I am willing to furnish or remove anything unneeded depending on tenant's preference.

Although kept clean and well decorated, I have lived here with dogs, so am pet friendly . It is a vert homely, comfortable place with living room, bathroom and kitchen for shared spaces. The large double bedroom is next to the bathroom with a great shower and bath, which will be mainly for sole use as I am away a lot. The bedroom is over-looking a public green and gets a good amount of light in the afternoon, and can include double bed, desk, drawers and large TV if requested. The hall has closet space or a hanging rack can be provided too. The kitchen is well-supplied although there is no microwave, there is a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob and modern sink unit and washing machine. Extra storage is in the pantry and a big porch/shed entry which also had room for a dryer if you have one! The lounge is spacious, brightly coloured and available to use, I will leave reclining sofa, TV and units but can move them gradually if necessary. Pets will be considered and interviewed, smoking expected outdoors and all mess cleaned promptly from both! I can leave some houseplants if a tenant can look after them, or take them with me if you know you won't! In return for having this house to yourself mostly, I would hope to see it is looked after to a reasonable degree and will have maintainable folk to contact for repairs.
