Due to public transport limitations, if working in Leeds city centre you would need your own car, (there is a bus service and train service but train station is the other side of Morley), but the house is walking distance to Morley centre and easy reach of IKEA shopping complex.
Bicycle storage space available.
Pet cat would be welcome.

I am retired, not an old fuddy duddy but not a party person either.
It would be nice to share a meal and a glass of wine sometimes.
This is a Christian household and I would expect a housemate to be respectful of the single occupancy criteria., and I would feel more comfortable with a female lodger.
I have been married with daughters so no embarrassment there.
