Double Room To Rent In Shared House

Double room to rent in large end through terraced house.

House is located about 5 mins walk from Morley town centre where there is a Morrisons, post office, banks, market etc. There is also a 24 hour asda within 3 miles and 5 minute drive to the White Rose centre. It takes around 10 mins to walk to the train station to get to Leeds city centre in 10 mins.

Large front room. Large kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside is a small garden. Massive four piece bathroom with jacuzzi.

I would consider letting someone rent the room who also has animals. If you want your pet to stay I would look to charge up to £50 per month on the rent.

I live in the property with my Labrador Chloe who is 13 and my son James who is 2. He stays with his dad half the time and both him and Chloe are well behaved.

Bond and first months rent to be paid on day moving in. You will also need to be willing to help with a bit of cleaning of kitchen/bathroom. Open to short term let’s or part week lets
