Available now in my 3 floor terraced home in Morley is a large double room with a private living area. Tv and sofa lounge for whenever you want privacy. On the top floor there is a walk in wardrobe of which half will be allocated for you, a large waterfall shower room and separately is my bedroom.

Converted Garage contains:
Infrared sauna, home gym with bench/squat rack, boxing bag, misc ropes/bands and 100kg of weight plates. Washer/Dryer utility room
The shared living room has use of Netflix, Youtube Premium & PS4 and 5.1 surround sound.
Back garden has a fire pit, charcoal bbq set and gas powered flat top.
Kitchen comes with almost every appliance needed: dishwasher, air fryer, dehydrator, grill press, fan oven, slow cooker, sous vide, ice machine and enough freezer space for a couple weeks meal prep if that is what you require. There is also a small back up freezer in the garage utility room.
We also have easy access to attic storage via the pulldown ladder and has recently been boarded and fit with strip lights incase you have any items that you need to store outside of the room.
The house is very close walk to Morley town centre and 18mins walk to Morley Train Station which is about £2/9mins from Leeds City Centre. The local gym/swimming centre is 10 mins walk from the house. Very active bus routes going into town also run from the road outside our close.
Less than a 10 minute walk is Morley Bottoms which has a bunch of cute pubs, bars and restaurants and a short walk from the town centre or Morley.
I am out of the house a lot for work but generally stay there most nights. I am very flexible with the personality of a tenant from introverted and extroverted.
I have two sister cats who are very chilled, clean and generally keep to themselves in my room unless they are hunting ledges to catch a sun beam.
I am open to other pets but dogs will need to be 100% house trained, kept clean (due to carpets) and ok with cats in a house.
Couples allowed but the rent and bills will need to be adjusted to £800 rent + bills and not all inclusive. This is because we have not had 3 people in the house before and I cannot estimate utility usage so this is the fairest way
Also to note - the bedroom has recently been fitted with new wood floors.
